What Listing Ventures AI is

Listing Ventures AI helps you turn photos and notes into listing drafts and price research for resale marketplaces such as eBay. It is a tool. You decide what to post, and you are the seller of record for everything you list.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give us a real email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person should have one account. Creating extra accounts to collect free credits is not allowed (see Free credits below).

Credits and payments

Listings and photo edits use credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases paid through Stripe, and pack credits do not expire. Prices are shown before you pay. We never see or store your full card number.

Free credits

New accounts may get a small number of free credits at sign-up (3 listings and 3 photo credits), with more (6 photo credits) after verifying their email. Free credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and expire after 45 days. Free price research is limited per day. We may hold, remove, or refuse free credits (and close the account) if we see signs of abuse, such as repeat accounts, temporary email addresses, or self-referrals. Credits you paid for are not removed for this reason.

Refunds

If something went wrong, email support@listingventures.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the unused part of a credit pack. Credits already used are not refundable unless the service failed to deliver a usable result. When a refund is issued, the matching unused credits are taken off your balance.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos, notes, and listings. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service (including sending photos to our AI and image-editing providers, and to eBay when you choose to publish). Only upload things you have the right to use.

eBay and other marketplaces

If you connect eBay, we act only when you tell us to (for example, saving a draft or publishing a listing you confirmed). eBay's own rules and fees apply to your listings, and eBay may remove listings or limit accounts on its own. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay. You can disconnect at any time. Deleting a draft here never ends or changes a live eBay listing; live listings must be ended on eBay.

AI results and price research

Descriptions, categories, item details, and price ranges are suggestions based on your photos and public marketplace data. They can be wrong. Check every listing before you publish it. We do not guarantee that an item will sell or sell at any price.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items; to break marketplace rules; to send us harmful files; to attack or overload the service; to resell or scrape our results; or to get around limits, credits, or account checks.

Suspending accounts

We may pause or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. If we close a paid account for a reason other than misuse, we will refund unused paid credits.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Features, prices, and these terms can change; we will update the date below, and for material changes we will tell you by email or in the app.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not responsible for lost sales, fees charged by marketplaces, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
