How do I delete a draft?
On My listings, use the red Delete button on the draft (or Edit many to pick several). You can also use the Delete draft option in the draft page and the eBay editor. Anything already live on eBay has to be ended on eBay first.
My eBay connection stopped working.
Open Marketplace options and reconnect eBay. Nothing is posted or changed on eBay when you reconnect.

Something I published is wrong.
Fix it in eBay Seller Hub, or end it there. We never change or end live eBay listings on our own.
Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your Listing Ventures AI account and the data tied to it at any time. This also covers anything connected through Facebook or Instagram.
- Email support@listingventures.com from the email you signed up with. Use the subject "Delete my account and data".
- We reply to confirm it is you. We never ask for your password.
- We then delete your account, listing drafts, photos, saved settings and any eBay connection tokens we hold. We aim to finish within 30 days and we tell you when it is done.
What we keep: payment records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep, and basic security logs for a short time. These are not used for anything else.
Facebook and Instagram: customers never connect their Facebook or Instagram account to Listing Ventures AI. The share buttons only copy text for you to post yourself, and we never log in to Facebook or Instagram for you. The only Facebook Page and Instagram connection is the one the site owner uses for the Listing Ventures AI brand pages. If you removed Listing Ventures AI from your Facebook or Instagram settings, or asked Meta to delete your data, any connection we held is deleted automatically.
eBay: to stop access right now, open Marketplace options in the app and tap Disconnect. That deletes the stored eBay tokens. You can also remove access from your eBay account settings.
