eBay connections

If you choose to connect your eBay account, eBay OAuth access and refresh tokens are handled only on our secure servers, encrypted before storage, and never displayed in the browser. We use them only for actions you request: reading your seller account, business policies, and locations, and creating or publishing the listings you confirm. Your listing drafts and item photos are stored on our servers so eBay can fetch the photos you choose to publish. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored tokens. If you close or delete your eBay account, we delete the eBay data we hold for it when eBay notifies us.

Retention and security

We retain workspace information and research records only as needed to provide the service, support account history, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. We use access controls and encryption safeguards appropriate to the data involved.
